IMPORTANT TO DO LIST:

When I wake up every day, I ask myself, what are the one or two items to do that will make 99 percent of the difference in what I am working towards. Don’t get bogged down in meaningless cross off lists. In order to figure out those priorities….

I ask myself a simple but powerful question (hat tip to Tim Ferriss).

What would this look like if it were easy?

Expanding partnerships and opportunities while cherishing and nourishing our key carrier and reinsurance partners. These strategic moves are the foundation of VERVE’s growth and long-term impact.

𝟮. 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Putting people in the right places. Success depends on the strength of our team. Without the right talent in key roles, I and we can’t focus where it is needed. Recruiting, supporting, and developing our team is 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 to our continued success.
