There’s one surefire way to make progress.

And all it takes is 3 simple steps:

1. Take Action
2. Learn
3. Rinse and Repeat

It’s as simple as taking action, learning, and doing it all over again.

I start each day with an early morning cold plunge followed by a review of my goals. Then based on the impact on my progress, I identify the 2 to 3 tasks on my list that align closest to my goals and that will make a material difference to achieving those goals.

So, ask yourself, what are the 2 to 3 things that will make 99% of the difference in your progress?

For me, true progress isn’t born from endless deliberation, but from the cycle of taking action and learning.

You don’t improve by standing still.

Whether it’s pushing your limits in a workout, mastering a new skill, or navigating the complexities of the insurance market, progress demands action.

You lift; you learn. You run; you refine.

It’s a simple yet powerful mantra that drives us at VERVE every single day.

This philosophy helps us innovate and outpace our competition—not because we fear failure, but because we embrace the lessons it teaches.

We’ve built a culture that doesn’t look at failure as bad but leverages it for learning at an unparalleled pace.

And it’s as simple as taking action, learning, and doing it all over again.
