In his book The 5 Types of Wealth, Sahil Bloom, lays out a powerful framework:

 Time. Social. Physical. Financial. Mental.

I have recently posted about Time Wealth and Mental Wealth.

Today, I want to talk about my view of Physical Wealth.

Because without it, the rest gets harder.

Daily Discipline is a must to take care of your body.

Nobody is guaranteed tomorrow. As the odds go, I have made the turn and am playing the back nine of life now.

As you age, yes, you need to eat healthy. More importantly, the biggest impact comes from strength training and moving your body.

Many know, I am a cold plunge fan. For me, it starts every morning at 39°. Every day. No excuses.

It’s my reset. Where I pray. Reflect. Set priorities.

→ It grounds me.
→ It sharpens me.
→ It helps me lead with clarity when the day inevitably throws curveballs.

Physical wealth isn’t just about abs and macros.

It’s about Energy. Resilience. Presence.

Dan Go talks about this often: your body is the vessel for your best ideas, your highest focus, and your longest run as a leader.

I’ve trained for and completed marathons and triathlons. Not because I wanted a medal, but because I wanted the mental edge that comes from finishing hard things.

I strive to be the kind of leader, husband, and dad who shows up fully—in every room, every meeting, every moment.

So I treat my health like I treat my business: VERVE:

•     Invest early.
•     Show up daily.
•     Keep it simple.
•     Trust the compounding.

Your body is the engine for everything else.

What are you doing to fuel it today?
