Wealth isn’t always about money.

In his book The 5 Types of Wealth, Sahil Bloom, breaks it down clearly:

Time. Social. Physical. Financial. Mental.

Today, I want to talk about Mental Wealth.

Sahil defines it as “inner peace, purpose, and growth through mindful living.”

That resonates deeply. Because it’s not just about managing stress — it’s about relalignment.

Being centered. Grounded. Intentional.

And let’s be real: some days, that’s easier said than done.

We all hit moments where we feel out of sync.

Where peace gets replaced by pressure.

And when that happens, you need to know where to turn.

Do you center yourself, or do you reach for the vice that numbs the pain?

Alcohol. Food. Gambling. Drugs. Workaholism.

We all have something.

The key is to know the difference between escape and restoration. Between what numbs you — and what renews you.

For me, Mental Wealth doesn’t come from control. It comes from faith.

Faith when plans fall apart.
Faith when the business shifts.
Faith when you’re facing life or death with someone you love.

It’s not about forcing peace. It’s about trusting the process:

Conviction in your purpose
→ Why do I do this? Who am I doing it for?
Confidence in your process
→ Even if results aren’t immediate, do I trust the habits, the people, the plan?
Clarity from your faith
→ Not just belief in God – but belief that I was called for something bigger.

For me, it shows up at 5am in a freezing cold plunge.

In quiet prayer.

In refocusing on the 2-3 things that truly matter, for my family and at VERVE.

It shows up when I lead with grace, even when it’s hard.

Mental Wealth isn’t mindset.
It’s discipline.
It’s alignment.
It’s peace that endures.

So, let me ask you: What centers you?
