To my four daughters, a letter for your future:

One day, you’ll read this not as a young lady, but as vibrant women building your own families, careers, and lives.

When that day comes, I want you to know the three most important lessons I’ve learned — as a husband, a dad, and a leader who’s failed forward more times than he can count.

1. Time is your greatest asset.

I’ve stood and prayed beside your hospital beds for hundreds of sleepless nights where time felt frozen. Where a breath, a heartbeat, a moment meant everything.

Don’t waste your life chasing what doesn’t matter.

Be present. Prioritize who you love. And remember: The clock doesn’t stop, so live fully.

2. Faith isn’t a crutch.  It’s your compass.

Faith isn’t separate from leadership. It’s the lens I lead, live, and love through.

When the storms hit (and they will), your bank account won’t calm the waves. Your title won’t anchor you.

But your faith will.

Walk boldly with God. Even when you can’t see the road ahead, trust that He’s already walked it.

3. Do hard things. Daily.

Every day, I jump into a freezing cold plunge and workout at 5am. Not for the thrill, but for the discipline.

Life rewards consistency. Show up. Take action. Learn. Refine. Repeat.

That mindset will carry you further than talent ever could.

My amazing precious daughters, the four of you and your Mom are my why.

Everything I build, I build with you in mind.

Lead with love. Fight for your values. And never forget where your strength comes from with The Lord.

All my love,
Dad
