2025 is HERE… Let’s Go!

Well, almost here — less than two weeks to go. I’m bullish on where Team VERVE and the U.S. economy are headed as we move into 2025.

Let me share why:

I live in South Florida, but my recent business travels have taken me to New York City, Chicago, and several other major metro areas. Talking with people across industries, I’ve noticed a dramatic change in overall confidence and outlook on pro-business, pro-growth opportunities.

Just a few weeks ago, coming into November, the “election cloud” had everyone in a state of analysis paralysis.

Realtors in both New York and Florida had quiet phones. Now? Those same phones are ringing off the hook.

What’s driving this? The election is behind us. While half the country is happy with the outcome and the other half isn’t, one thing is certain: the United States is moving forward. Certainty drives action, and we’re seeing that play out in real time.

Lower interest rates could be a game-changer, and I believe Federal Reserve’s policy decisions will play a critical role in fueling growth.

Yes, there’s always uncertainty around government actions, but from my conversations with businesspeople, the tone has shifted dramatically.

I’ve never seen such a clear change in sentiment. The business community has gone from “glass half empty” to “glass half full” — or, in some cases, all the way full.

If the last few weeks are any indication, 2025 is shaping up to be a year of growth and opportunity.
